1.Shipping – Receiving: Prepared shipments of shop-in-shop fixtures across North America. Our team worked to coordinate deliveries with store managers and coordinate pickups/drops with carriers while operating on tight timelines. Our team operated on tight timelines. Excellent communication and advance preparation was key to the success of the project.
2. Fulfillment: Managed and prepared the client’s inventory from start to finish – from custom pick and pack order to full range shipping methods.
3. Assembly: Created a wide of assembly instructions to simplify the installation process. Preassembled large fixtures (pre-ship) that require detailed assembly.
4. Logistics: Utilized our warehouse for product range, prepared shipments for delivery to retailers, and integrated Bauer’s data into our ERP systems and order to ship and track all orders on a real-time basis.
5. Installation: Managed and execute pre-installation inspections and installation in stores across North America.
